Rococo Rainfall

This hat is a spot of sunshine in the rain. Confident and full of character, it was made for those who meet the weather head-on and keep on gardening. Its extra wide brim shields face and neck from rain and sun as you work among blooms and brambles.

The outer shell is two layers of 100% cotton bonded with natural rubber, giving it a strong and water-resistant finish. Inside, a rococo revival cotton lining brings a touch of flourish — practical on the outside, unexpectedly elegant within. 

These hats are limited edition and made to order, so please note it will take a week for this hat to bloom before being posted. 

Fabric Story:

This hat was made using fabric remnants. Utilising remnants helps reduce textile waste and gives new life to beautiful offcuts that might otherwise be discarded by textile companies and the like. It's a gentle choice for the planet - less resource use, more creative use. Both fabrics are oeko-Tex certified, making this hat friendly to your skin, and friendly to the planet.

Composition (exclusive of trimmings):

Main Fabric: bonded cotton; two layers of 100% cotton with a layer of natural rubber in between to provide water resistance. 

Lining: 100% Cotton

Care Instructions:

Spot clean only, to preserve the natural qualities of the materials.

Sizing:

I recommend measuring the intended wearer’s head circumference before choosing a size, as every head is beautifully unique, and the right fit makes all the difference.
